This website is owned and operated by Rapunzie LLC (“Rapunzie,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By visiting or using our website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide (collectively, the “Resources”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use (“User Agreement”), as well as our Privacy Policy.

We may update or modify this User Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Responsible Use and Conduct

By accessing the website and using our Resources, you agree to:

User-Submitted Content (Custom Printing Clause)

If you upload images, artwork, text, or other materials for the purpose of customizing a product (“User Content”), you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the rights to the User Content, or you have permission from the rights-holder

  • Your User Content does not infringe on the rights of any third party

  • Your User Content is not unlawful, harmful, or prohibited

By submitting User Content, you grant Rapunzie LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not claim ownership of your images or artwork.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rapunzie LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims arising from your User Content.

2. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, manage, use, and protect your personal information. It is incorporated by reference into this User Agreement.

3. Limitation of Warranties

By using our website, you agree that all Resources are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not warrant that:

  • The Resources will meet your expectations

  • The Resources will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

  • The information obtained through the site will be accurate or reliable

  • Any defects will be corrected

Any content downloaded or obtained through the site is used at your own risk.

No oral or written advice obtained from Rapunzie LLC creates any warranty unless expressly stated in this Agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rapunzie LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Any claim is limited to the amount paid (if any) for the product or service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Rapunzie.com—including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and code—is the intellectual property of Rapunzie LLC. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or transmission is prohibited unless expressly authorized.

User Content submitted for custom printing remains your property and is governed by the license described above.

6. Termination of Use

We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the website or any Resources at any time and for any reason, including violations of this User Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the site ceases immediately.

7. Governing Law

This website is controlled and operated from Nevada, United States. By accessing the site, you agree that the laws of the State of Nevada apply to all matters relating to your use of the site, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in Nevada, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
